We learn your business, look at where AI and automation would genuinely pay off, and leave you with a clear, honest plan — whether or not you hire us. It's a conversation, not a sales call.
Is it remote or in person?
Both. We're based in Evansville, Indiana and travel across the Midwest for in-person work at no extra fee. Remote runs on Zoom or Meet with shared workspaces. Tell us what you'd prefer.
What does it cost?
The first conversation is free. Custom builds begin with a $750 discovery — a non-refundable deposit that's credited in full toward your build. After that, everything runs on one simple monthly plan starting at $249 — no hourly billing, ever. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Can you teach my team, or work alongside us instead?
Yes. Most clients just want it built and run for them — that's the simplest path, and what our plans are built around. But if you'd rather learn it yourself or have us work alongside your team, those engagements are available too; we scope and price them with you directly.
What if I'd rather you just build the thing?
That's exactly what Embassy is for — sites, apps, dashboards, AI-native SaaS, shipped and maintained by the same operators. Consulting is just the door; you don't have to walk the long way through it.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. Most of the owners we work with aren't. Our whole job is translating between what your business needs and what the technology can do — and then running it for you.
What if AI isn't actually my bottleneck?
We'll tell you. We'd rather lose the sale than sell you something you don't need — that's how the referrals that keep us alive get made.
